1. Who We Are

My Hand Is Warm Limited operates Linwish and myhandiswarm.com. This policy explains how we handle information in the app and website. Contact support@myhandiswarm.com for privacy questions or requests.

2. Information We Handle

• Accounts and profiles: Email address, nickname, gender category, birthday, avatar and MBTI result. Authentication providers handle sign-in credentials; we do not store readable passwords.
• Relationship and content: Partner connections, relationship dates, milestones, wishes, mood notes, heart and gift messages, and partner chat text, photos and videos, including sound in videos.
• Age assurance: For new accounts, Apple or Google may provide an age range. If unavailable or declined, you can confirm that you are at least 16. We store the age band, assurance source, confirmation time and gate version, rather than a birth year or full birth date for this check. A profile birthday is separate.
• Operations and purchases: Account and relationship identifiers, feature balances and activity, app/device information, notification tokens, timezone, and purchase product, store, transaction, verification, entitlement and refund records. Apple or Google handles payment details; we do not receive your full payment-card number. We do not request precise GPS location.
• Support and safety: Contact details and information you submit for support, feedback, deletion requests or abuse reports. Reports may preserve the reported text or AI response, account/message identifiers, your explanation, and copies of reported media for restricted staff review. Reporting is separate from ordinary partner sharing.
• Website: The public Gift Finder processes selected interests, gift style, occasion if provided, budget, language, marketplace and optional hint. It does not require an app account or use your app relationship profile. Hosting and security services process network/device information, including IP addresses, for delivery and abuse prevention. Website language preferences are saved locally.

3. Purposes and Recipients

We use information to run and secure accounts, partner linking, hearts, lightning, wishes, chat, relationship features, purchases, notifications, support and safety investigations. Relevant information is shared with the partner you choose to link. Received content may remain on their device after unlinking or your account deletion.

Our providers include:

• Google Firebase: Authentication, databases, file storage, functions, hosting, app security and push notifications.
• Google Analytics for Firebase: Optional app analytics described in Section 5.
• RevenueCat, Apple and Google: Purchase/subscription verification and management; Apple and Google also provide age-range signals where available.
• DeepSeek: AI processing described in Section 4.
• Brevo: Delivery of support, feedback and deletion-request emails. Authentication emails may be delivered through Firebase.
• Amazon: If you follow a gift link, Amazon processes your visit under its own policies. Affiliate links may earn us a commission. We do not receive your Amazon payment details.

We may disclose information to meet legal obligations or protect users and service security. Information may be processed outside your country, including in the United States and mainland China. Providers have their own applicable terms and safeguards. We do not promise that data already received by a provider is immediately erased when you change a setting or delete the app.

4. AI Sharing and Permission

Linwish uses the DeepSeek API for Chamuel and gift suggestions. By selecting Agree and continue in the policy agreement, or selecting the agreement checkbox when creating an account, you agree to the Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy, including the AI data sharing described in this section. You can review both documents before agreeing. Existing signed-in users must accept the revised policy once before continuing; a recorded current agreement is not requested again during that session unless consent is withdrawn or the policy changes.

• Chamuel: Your submitted message, recent private conversations, a compact private summary of earlier user statements, and relevant profile/relationship context can be sent to DeepSeek. Context can include nickname, gender category, MBTI, zodiac derived from birthday, relationship duration, app mode and recent mood notes. Automatic partner profile details and heart-message feelings are included only when that partner also has current AI permission.
• Gift suggestions in the app: Selected interests, occasion, gift style, budget and optional hint can be sent to DeepSeek, with relevant anniversary context and, when the partner has current AI permission, partner gender, MBTI, zodiac and recent heart-message feelings.
• Public Gift Finder: A separate unchecked permission box must be selected before website answers and the optional hint are sent to DeepSeek. The website does not attach app account or partner identifiers.
• Daily fortunes: These are generated from general zodiac/date prompts and served to users; the fortune generation does not send your personal profile or private messages to DeepSeek.

DeepSeek processes requests through its service in mainland China. We do not represent this integration as having guaranteed zero retention or a contractual no-training commitment. Do not include passwords, payment details, highly sensitive information or another person's private information without permission in AI inputs. AI can make mistakes.

You can use Withdraw consent and sign out at the bottom of the in-app privacy policy. This revokes the account's AI-sharing permission and signs you out; using the app again requires renewed explicit permission. It stops subsequent AI requests and background AI memory processing, but cannot recall requests already sent. Withdrawal does not delete your account or cloud history. You can use Delete Account or contact support to request deletion.

5. Optional Analytics

App analytics is separate from AI permission. Collection remains off until you choose to allow it. Refusing analytics does not block app use. With consent, Google Analytics for Firebase receives screen views, feature actions, sessions, app/device information, an installation identifier and approximate region derived from network information. Broad profile categories may include MBTI, birth month, gender category, zodiac, relationship-duration band and gift marketplace.

We do not set your account, partner or couple identifier as the Analytics User-ID. We do not send private messages, mood-note text, custom wishes, exact birthdays/anniversaries, partner identity or Chamuel conversation content to Analytics. In Account > Privacy & Data, you can withdraw analytics consent for the current device. This clears profile properties and disables further collection; it does not erase data already received by Google or reset the local Analytics app-instance identifier.

6. Retention and Deletion

• Account and relationship data is generally kept while the account is active and removed from active systems through account deletion. Limited records may need to remain for legal obligations, fraud prevention or security.
• Completed Chamuel questions/replies and private memory are saved in Firebase and cached on your device while the account exists. They are not shared with your partner or used for operator transcript analysis. Account deletion removes the cloud history/memory and the deleting device's cache. Relationship-specific memory is not reused for a different partnership. Other devices may retain local copies until their app data is removed.
• Undelivered partner messages are removed after delivery acknowledgement or by cleanup for messages older than 30 days. Plus cloud chat backups may remain for up to 365 days after subscription expiry before cleanup. Local copies must be removed on the devices holding them.
• Public Gift Finder answers are processed transiently and are not saved as a gift-search record. App gift requests generate operational logs linked to the requesting account; questionnaire answers and raw hints are not intentionally included in new request logs. Older logs may contain selected questionnaire fields. Infrastructure logs follow the hosting provider's configured retention.
• Analytics data already collected follows the Google Analytics property's retention settings; aggregate reports may remain longer. Contact support for data-access or deletion requests.
• Support records and safety reports/evidence are kept as needed to handle the request, investigate abuse and meet legal obligations. Access is restricted. Account deletion removes associated safety reports and preserved evidence from active app systems. Provider-held records and operational logs may have separate retention periods.

7. Your Choices and Security

You can edit your profile, unlink a partner, manage notifications in device settings, withdraw analytics consent, or withdraw AI consent and sign out as described above. Account > Delete Account starts account deletion. If you cannot access the app, use the account deletion page. Deleting the app alone does not delete your account or cancel a store subscription; manage subscriptions through Apple or Google.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or other privacy rights by contacting us. We use access controls, encrypted network connections and managed cloud services. No system is completely secure; partner chat is not represented as end-to-end encrypted.

8. Age, Changes and Contact

Linwish is for people aged 16 or older. We may restrict or delete an underage account. We publish policy updates in the app and website with a revised date, and seek renewed permission when the AI-sharing disclosure materially changes.

• 年齡確認：新帳戶可透過 Apple 或 Google 提供年齡範圍。如未能取得或你拒絕提供，可自行確認已滿 16 歲。我們儲存年齡組別、確認來源、時間及版本，不會為此檢查收集出生年份或完整出生日期。個人檔案的生日屬另一項資料。
• 營運及購買：帳戶及關係識別碼、功能餘額與活動、App／裝置資料、通知權杖、時區，以及商品、商店、交易、驗證、權益及退款紀錄。付款資料由 Apple 或 Google 處理；我們不會收到完整信用卡號碼，也不會要求精確 GPS 位置。
• 支援及安全：你提交的聯絡資料、支援、意見、刪除申請或舉報內容。舉報可保留被舉報文字或 AI 回覆、帳戶／訊息識別碼、說明及被舉報媒體副本，供獲授權職員審查。舉報與一般伴侶分享分開處理。
• 網站：公開禮物搜尋工具會處理興趣、禮物風格、所提供的場合、預算、語言、市場及選填提示，無須 App 帳戶，也不使用 App 的伴侶資料。託管及安全服務會處理 IP 位址等網絡／裝置資料，以傳送內容及防止濫用。網站語言偏好儲存在本機。

3. 用途及接收者

我們使用資料以營運及保障帳戶、伴侶連結、愛心、閃電、願望、聊天、關係功能、購買、通知、支援及安全調查。相關資料會與你選擇連結的伴侶分享。解除連結或刪除帳戶後，對方已收到的內容可能仍留在其裝置。

我們使用以下供應商：

• Google Firebase：認證、資料庫、檔案儲存、雲端函數、網站託管、App 安全及推送通知。
• Google Analytics for Firebase：第 5 節所述的自選 App 分析。
• RevenueCat、Apple 及 Google：購買／訂閱驗證與管理；Apple 及 Google 亦會在可用時提供年齡範圍訊號。
• DeepSeek：第 4 節所述的 AI 處理。
• Brevo：傳送支援、意見及帳戶刪除申請電郵。認證電郵可透過 Firebase 傳送。
• Amazon：當你開啟禮物連結，Amazon 會按其政策處理瀏覽資料。我們可能從聯盟連結賺取佣金，但不會收到你的 Amazon 付款資料。

我們可因法律義務或保障用戶及服務安全而披露資料。資料可能在你所在國家以外處理，包括美國及中國內地。供應商各有適用條款及保障措施。我們不保證改變設定或刪除 App 後，供應商已收到的資料會立即消除。

4. AI 分享及同意

Linwish 使用 DeepSeek API 產生 Chamuel 回覆及禮物建議。在政策協議點選 「同意並繼續」，或在建立帳戶時勾選協議方格，即表示你同意服務條款及本私隱政策，包括本節所述的 AI 資料分享。你可先查看這兩份文件再決定是否同意。已登入的現有用戶須同意修訂後的政策一次才能繼續；已記錄的現行協議不會在該登入期間重複要求，除非你撤回同意或政策再次更新。

• Chamuel：你提交的訊息、近期私人對話、較早用戶陳述的精簡私人摘要，以及相關個人／關係背景可傳送至 DeepSeek。背景可包括暱稱、性別類別、MBTI、由生日推算的星座、交往日數、App 模式及近期心情筆記。只有伴侶亦已提供現行 AI 同意，才會自動加入對方的個人檔案及愛心心情留言。
• App 禮物建議：所選興趣、場合、禮物風格、預算及選填提示可傳送至 DeepSeek，並附上相關紀念日背景；伴侶已提供現行 AI 同意時，亦可包括其性別、MBTI、星座及近期愛心心情留言。
• 公開禮物搜尋：必須先勾選另一個預設未選取的同意方格，才會將網站答案及選填提示傳送至 DeepSeek。網站不會附上 App 帳戶或伴侶識別碼。
• 每日運勢：以一般星座及日期提示預先產生，再提供給用戶；產生運勢時不會向 DeepSeek 傳送你的個人檔案或私人訊息。

DeepSeek 透過中國內地的服務處理請求。我們不聲稱此整合保證零保留資料，亦不聲稱具有禁止模型訓練的合約承諾。請勿在 AI 輸入中提供密碼、付款資料、高度敏感資料，或未獲准分享的他人私隱資料。AI 可能出錯。

你可使用 App 私隱政策底部的 「撤回同意並登出」，撤回帳戶的 AI 分享同意並登出。再次使用 App 須重新明確同意。撤回會阻止後續 AI 請求及背景 AI 記憶處理，但無法收回已傳送的請求。撤回不會刪除帳戶或雲端紀錄；如需刪除，請使用「刪除帳戶」或聯絡支援。

5. 自選分析

App 分析與 AI 同意分開。只有你選擇允許後才會啟用收集；拒絕分析不會阻止使用 App。同意後，Google Analytics for Firebase 會接收畫面瀏覽、功能操作、工作階段、App／裝置資料、安裝識別碼及由網絡資料推算的大概地區。概括個人類別可包括 MBTI、出生月份、性別類別、星座、關係時長組別及禮物市場。

我們不會將帳戶、伴侶或情侶識別碼設為 Analytics User-ID，也不會傳送私人訊息、心情筆記內容、自訂願望、確切生日／紀念日、伴侶身分或 Chamuel 對話內容至 Analytics。你可在 「帳戶 > 私隱與資料」 撤回目前裝置的分析同意。這會清除個人屬性並停止收集，但不會刪除 Google 已收到的資料，也不會重設本機 Analytics App 執行個體識別碼。

6. 保留及刪除

• 帳戶及關係資料一般在帳戶有效期間保留，並透過帳戶刪除從使用中的系統移除。法律、防詐騙或安全需要可能要求有限保留。
• 完成的 Chamuel 問答及私人記憶會在帳戶存在期間存於 Firebase 並快取至裝置，不會分享給伴侶，也不作營運方對話分析。刪除帳戶會移除雲端紀錄／記憶及刪除操作所在裝置的快取。特定關係的記憶不會用於另一段伴侶關係。其他裝置的本機副本可能保留至其 App 資料被移除。
• 未送達的伴侶訊息在確認送達後刪除，或由清理程序移除超過 30 日的訊息。Plus 雲端聊天備份可在訂閱到期後保留最多 365 日才清理。本機副本須在持有該資料的裝置上刪除。
• 公開禮物搜尋答案只作暫時處理，不儲存為搜尋紀錄。App 禮物請求會產生與帳戶連結的營運日誌；新的請求日誌不會刻意記錄問卷答案或原始提示。舊日誌可能包含已選問卷欄位。基礎設施日誌按託管供應商設定的期限保留。
• 已收集的分析資料按 Google Analytics 資源的保留設定處理；彙總報告可能保留更久。資料存取或刪除申請請聯絡支援。
• 支援紀錄及安全舉報／證據按處理請求、調查濫用及履行法律義務所需保留，並限制存取。刪除帳戶會從使用中的 App 系統移除相關安全舉報及保留證據。供應商持有的紀錄及營運日誌可能有不同的保留期。

7. 選擇及安全

你可修改個人檔案、解除伴侶連結、在裝置設定管理通知、撤回分析同意，或按上述方式撤回 AI 同意並登出。「帳戶 > 刪除帳戶」 可啟動刪除。如無法使用 App，請使用 帳戶刪除網頁。單純刪除 App 不會刪除帳戶或取消商店訂閱；請透過 Apple 或 Google 管理訂閱。

你可按適用法律聯絡我們申請存取、更正、刪除或行使其他私隱權利。我們使用存取控制、加密網絡連線及託管雲端服務。沒有系統完全安全；我們不聲稱伴侶聊天採用端對端加密。

8. 年齡、更新及聯絡

Linwish 適合年滿 16 歲的人士使用。我們可限制或刪除未達年齡的帳戶。我們會在 App 及網站公佈政策更新並更改日期；AI 分享披露有重大變更時會重新取得同意。

3. 用途及接收方

4. AI 分享及同意

Linwish 使用 DeepSeek API 生成 Chamuel 回复及礼物建议。在政策协议点击 “同意并继续”，或在创建账户时勾选协议框，即表示你同意服务条款及本隐私政策，包括本节所述的 AI 数据分享。你可先查看这两份文件再决定是否同意。已登录的现有用户须同意修订后的政策一次才能继续；已记录的现行协议不会在该登录期间重复要求，除非你撤回同意或政策再次更新。

• Chamuel：你提交的消息、近期私人对话、较早用户陈述的精简私人摘要，以及相关个人／关系背景可发送至 DeepSeek。背景可包括昵称、性别类别、MBTI、由生日推算的星座、交往天数、App 模式及近期心情笔记。只有伴侣也已提供现行 AI 同意，才会自动加入对方的个人资料及爱心心情留言。
• App 礼物建议：所选兴趣、场合、礼物风格、预算及选填提示可发送至 DeepSeek，并附上相关纪念日背景；伴侣已提供现行 AI 同意时，也可包括其性别、MBTI、星座及近期爱心心情留言。
• 公开礼物搜索：必须先勾选另一个默认未选中的同意框，才会将网站答案及选填提示发送至 DeepSeek。网站不会附上 App 账户或伴侣标识符。
• 每日运势：以一般星座及日期提示预先生成，再提供给用户；生成运势时不会向 DeepSeek 发送你的个人资料或私人消息。

DeepSeek 通过中国内地的服务处理请求。我们不声称此集成保证零保留信息，也不声称具有禁止模型训练的合同承诺。请勿在 AI 输入中提供密码、付款信息、高度敏感信息，或未经允许分享的他人隐私信息。AI 可能出错。

你可使用 App 隐私政策底部的 “撤回同意并退出登录”，撤回账户的 AI 分享同意并退出登录。再次使用 App 须重新明确同意。撤回会阻止后续 AI 请求及后台 AI 记忆处理，但无法收回已发送的请求。撤回不会删除账户或云端记录；如需删除，请使用“删除账户”或联系支持。

5. 可选分析

App 分析与 AI 同意分开。只有你选择允许后才会启用收集；拒绝分析不会阻止使用 App。同意后，Google Analytics for Firebase 会接收页面浏览、功能操作、会话、App／设备信息、安装标识符及由网络信息推算的大概地区。概括个人类别可包括 MBTI、出生月份、性别类别、星座、关系时长组别及礼物市场。

我们不会将账户、伴侣或情侣标识符设为 Analytics User-ID，也不会发送私人消息、心情笔记内容、自定义愿望、确切生日／纪念日、伴侣身份或 Chamuel 对话内容至 Analytics。你可在 “账户 > 隐私与数据” 撤回当前设备的分析同意。这会清除个人属性并停止收集，但不会删除 Google 已收到的信息，也不会重置本机 Analytics App 实例标识符。

6. 保留及删除

• 账户及关系信息一般在账户有效期间保留，并通过账户删除从使用中的系统移除。法律、防诈骗或安全需要可能要求有限保留。
• 完成的 Chamuel 问答及私人记忆会在账户存在期间存于 Firebase 并缓存至设备，不会分享给伴侣，也不作运营方对话分析。删除账户会移除云端记录／记忆及删除操作所在设备的缓存。特定关系的记忆不会用于另一段伴侣关系。其他设备的本地副本可能保留至其 App 数据被移除。
• 未送达的伴侣消息在确认送达后删除，或由清理程序移除超过 30 天的消息。Plus 云端聊天备份可在订阅到期后保留最多 365 天才清理。本地副本须在持有该信息的设备上删除。
• 公开礼物搜索答案只作临时处理，不存储为搜索记录。App 礼物请求会生成与账户关联的运营日志；新的请求日志不会刻意记录问卷答案或原始提示。旧日志可能包含已选问卷字段。基础设施日志按托管服务提供商设置的期限保留。
• 已收集的分析信息按 Google Analytics 资源的保留设置处理；汇总报告可能保留更久。信息访问或删除申请请联系支持。
• 支持记录及安全举报／证据按处理请求、调查滥用及履行法律义务所需保留，并限制访问。删除账户会从使用中的 App 系统移除相关安全举报及保留证据。服务提供商持有的记录及运营日志可能有不同的保留期。

7. 选择及安全

你可修改个人资料、解除伴侣关联、在设备设置管理通知、撤回分析同意，或按上述方式撤回 AI 同意并退出登录。“账户 > 删除账户” 可启动删除。如无法使用 App，请使用 账户删除网页。仅删除 App 不会删除账户或取消商店订阅；请通过 Apple 或 Google 管理订阅。

你可按适用法律联系我们申请访问、更正、删除或行使其他隐私权利。我们使用访问控制、加密网络连接及托管云服务。没有系统完全安全；我们不声称伴侣聊天采用端到端加密。

8. 年龄、更新及联系

Linwish 适合年满 16 岁的人士使用。我们可限制或删除未达年龄的账户。我们会在 App 及网站公布政策更新并更改日期；AI 分享披露有重大变更时会重新取得同意。
